Role Allocation Statement
Dailcraft is operated online by SIA Project Nidos, which is responsible for website development, website management, CRM operations, checkout administration, payment flow coordination, and customer-facing order administration. Stripe documentation distinguishes the entity responsible for the customer sale and payment flow from other participating entities, and the seller of record is generally the legal entity named on the sale and responsible for refunds, disputes, and customer-facing transaction obligations.
Selected leather goods are designed and manufactured by SIA Daiļrades dizains at Čiekurkalna 1. līnija 11, Rīga, LV-1026, Latvia. Products may therefore be fulfilled either from ready stock or produced after the order is accepted, depending on the product listing and production workload.

6. Payments and Stripe
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout or other payment methods made available at checkout. Stripe documentation explains that payment infrastructure can support marketplaces and multi-party flows, but the commercial documentation shown to the customer should still identify the responsible sale structure and payment entity clearly.
Dailcraft does not intentionally store full payment card details on its own systems. Payment details are processed by the relevant payment service provider according to that provider's legal, technical, and security standards.
7. Data sharing
Personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with the following categories of recipients:

- Public authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where disclosure is required by law or necessary to defend legal rights.
8. International data transfers

9. Data retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, including order fulfilment, customer support, legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable safeguards should be implemented proportionately to the processing risk.
12. Cookies
The website may use essential cookies, functional cookies, analytics tools, and other similar technologies. Where non-essential cookies are used, consent should be collected before such cookies are activated, in line with applicable EU privacy standards.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.dailcraft.com and the online purchase of products offered under the Dailcraft brand. Latvian and EU consumer rules require online sellers to provide clear pre-contractual information regarding the trader, the main characteristics of goods, pricing, delivery, and withdrawal rights.
2. Operator and manufacturing structure
The website, checkout administration, CRM operations, and customer-facing order handling are managed by SIA Project Nidos. Product design and selected manufacturing operations are performed by SIA Daiļrades dizains at Čiekurkalna 1. līnija 11, Rīga, LV-1026, Latvia.
3. Products
The website may offer:
- Ready-made items, which are already produced and available for dispatch.
- Made-to-order items, which begin production or finishing after a customer order is placed.
- Limited-availability items, which may have restricted stock or staged fulfilment.
Each product is individually crafted, and visual differences, natural leather variation, finishing details, and artisanal characteristics may occur as part of the nature of the goods.
4. Order process
The usual purchase flow is as follows:
- The customer selects a product and proceeds to checkout.
- The customer completes payment through Stripe Checkout or another offered payment method.
- The order is received and administratively handled through the systems operated by SIA Project Nidos.
- The product is prepared, packed, dispatched, or manufactured and fulfilled by SIA Project Nidos and/or SIA Daiļrades dizains, depending on the product type.
- The customer receives order-related communication, including fulfilment or delivery timing where needed.
An order is considered accepted only after successful payment authorization and confirmation by the seller-side systems.
5. Pricing and taxes
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, and any mandatory charges should be displayed before the customer completes the order. Online consumer rules in the EU require core price information and unavoidable charges to be presented clearly before the contract is concluded.
6. Payments
Payments are processed using Stripe and any other methods made available at checkout. By submitting payment, the customer confirms that the selected payment method may be lawfully used by that customer.
7. Delivery and fulfilment timing
Delivery timing is confirmed after purchase because products may be available from stock or may require workshop preparation or production. Depending on stock status, production queue, and operational circumstances, fulfilment may take from 1 business day up to 2 months.
Ready-made items may be dispatched more quickly. Made-to-order items may require cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, and preparation before dispatch. Estimated fulfilment or shipping times are indicative unless expressly stated as binding.
8. Shipping territories
Dailcraft may market and sell internationally, including to major business and fashion-oriented capital cities, subject to shipping availability, sanctions compliance, courier availability, and legal restrictions. Available destinations may change at any time.
9. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the goods. EU guidance also recognizes exceptions, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, and the exact availability of the withdrawal right depends on the legal status of the product ordered.
For ready-made items, the standard withdrawal framework may apply where the product is a normal stock item and no legal exception applies. For made-to-order items, withdrawal rights may be limited where the product is produced specifically after the order or falls under an applicable legal exception.
To exercise a valid withdrawal right, the customer must notify Dailcraft within the applicable legal period and follow the return instructions provided after the request is received.
10. Returns and refunds
Returned goods should be unused beyond what is necessary to inspect them, kept in substantially original condition, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible. Refunds for eligible returns are issued using the original payment method within the legally applicable time after the withdrawal request and return handling requirements are satisfied.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the direct cost of returning goods may be borne by the customer if this has been disclosed before the purchase. Consumer-facing pre-contract information about return costs should be clearly disclosed in advance.
11. Non-conforming, damaged, or incorrect goods
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should contact Dailcraft without undue delay and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where relevant. EU consumer law provides legal guarantees regarding conformity of goods and after-sales remedies.
12. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and contact details provided during the order process are accurate and complete. Dailcraft is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
13. Intellectual property and website use
All website content, branding, images, text, product descriptions, and design elements remain protected by applicable intellectual property law unless expressly stated otherwise. No part of the website may be copied, distributed, or commercially reused without prior written permission, except where use is permitted by law.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia together with applicable mandatory European Union consumer protection rules. Consumer disputes may also be subject to any mandatory forum and protection rights available under applicable law.
16. Contact
Questions regarding orders, returns, or complaints may be sent to:

Shipping Policy
Effective date: June 21, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through www.dailcraft.com.
1. Processing model
Orders may be fulfilled from existing stock or may enter workshop production after the order is placed. Because the product range includes both ready-made and made-to-order items, shipping timing is confirmed after purchase rather than guaranteed before checkout for every item.
2. Fulfilment time
Depending on inventory, production queue, order volume, and delivery destination, fulfilment may take from 1 business day up to 2 months. Ready-made items are generally processed faster than made-to-order items.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before the order is finalized. EU consumer rules require material pre-contract cost information to be shown before the customer is bound by the order.
4. Delivery territories
Shipping is available only to destinations shown or confirmed by Dailcraft at the time of purchase. International delivery may be limited by customs rules, sanctions, transport restrictions, or courier availability.
5. Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to production workload, customs processing, peak periods, weather events, courier disruptions, incorrect address details, or events outside reasonable control.
6. Failed delivery and re-shipment
If a shipment is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect address or failed to receive or collect the parcel, Dailcraft may require payment of additional shipping costs before re-shipment.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Effective date: June 21, 2026
This Returns and Refunds Policy explains the procedure for eligible returns, withdrawals, and refunds.
1. Standard withdrawal right
Consumers buying online in the EU generally have 14 days to withdraw from an eligible distance contract, starting from receipt of the goods. This right is subject to legal exceptions recognized in EU consumer rules.
2. Eligible products
Eligible returns may include standard ready-made items returned within the applicable legal period and in appropriate condition, provided no legal exception applies.
3. Excluded or restricted products
Products that are made to order after purchase, produced to the consumer's specifications, or otherwise fall within a legal withdrawal exception may be excluded from return or may have restricted return eligibility. The legal position depends on the actual nature of the product ordered.
4. Condition of returned goods
Returned goods should be clean, substantially unused except for necessary inspection, and accompanied by the original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
5. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to the legally applicable processing timeline and any lawful withholding until the goods are received back or return evidence is provided.
6. Incorrect or damaged goods
Where a customer receives an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, the customer should contact Dailcraft promptly so the matter can be assessed under applicable consumer remedies. EU consumer guarantees provide legal protection regarding conformity of goods.
Payment Policy
Effective date: June 21, 2026
This Payment Policy applies to all transactions made on www.dailcraft.com.
1. Payment methods
Payments are made through Stripe Checkout and any other methods shown at checkout. Available methods may include card payments and digital wallet options, depending on location and system availability.
2. Payment flow
The payment flow is structured as follows: Purchase > Stripe Checkout > SIA Project Nidos > SIA Daiļrades dizains. Stripe documentation explains that multi-party commerce flows can be technically supported, but the customer-facing legal allocation of sale responsibility must remain clear in the merchant structure.
3. Payment confirmation
An order will not enter fulfilment until payment is successfully authorized or otherwise confirmed. Where fraud screening, technical verification, or manual review is necessary, order processing may be temporarily delayed.
4. Security
Card and payment authentication data is processed by the payment provider and not intended to be stored in full on Dailcraft systems. Secure checkout infrastructure is provided through the payment service provider's systems.
5. Failed, reversed, or disputed transactions
If a transaction fails, is reversed, is charged back, or becomes subject to a dispute, Dailcraft may suspend dispatch, refuse delivery, or seek supporting information until the issue is resolved in accordance with the applicable payment and legal process.
